Sheila is working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and provides services under the supervision of Lisa Ligammari, LCSW.

Sheila is interested in working with clients of all backgrounds and life stages and tailors her approach to clients’ specific needs. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and play therapy. She has a special interest in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, grief, postpartum, and life transitions.

Sheila strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients can feel supported in exploring their goals, values, and personal strengths. She believes therapy is a powerful tool for fostering self-understanding and honoring our true selves.
