About Susan
With over 30 years of experience as an Executive and Human Resources Coach and two years of clinical counseling practice, I bring a deeply integrative and client-centered approach to my
work. I am licensed as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, allowing me to blend clinical expertise with decades of coaching experience to support clients through meaningful personal and professional change.
I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and Interpersonal Therapy. My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for healing and growth when provided with support, clarity, and the right tools.
I offer counseling for individuals facing challenges related to trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life or career transitions. My extensive background in organizational leadership and coaching also enhances my ability to help clients navigate workplace stress, leadership challenges, identity shifts, and career development.
My goal is to provide a safe, affirming, and empowering space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.
