Elsa brings over 20 years of experience in various administrative and management capacities in healthcare to support the clients and clinicians at our practice. 

She is our dedicated billing specialist, managing complex billing processes within the healthcare sector.  She brings expertise in optimizing revenue cycle management, reducing billing discrepancies, and improving customer satisfaction through effective communication with clients, as well as insurance providers to resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes. 

She also acts as an intake coordinator, supporting clients through their first steps in the scheduling process, as well as verifying insurance benefits and ensuring they feel welcomed, while working to achieve the possible best outcomes for our clients. 

In her free time, Elsa likes to spend time with her family and pets, as well as read and travel.
