Instructions for First-Time Users
If this is your first time accessing the portal, please follow these steps:
- Check your email
After scheduling your initial appointment, you will receive a welcome email with your temporary login credentials. - Create your password
Follow the secure link to set a permanent password. - Complete your intake forms
Please take a few minutes to fill out required documents before your first session. This ensures we have your history, goals, and insurance information ready. - Confirm your appointment
Once your forms are submitted, our administrative team will finalize your appointment confirmation.
If you do not see the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
What to Expect When Using the Portal
Inside the portal, you will be able to:
- View and sign required intake documents
